One size allowed us to fit a woman that was 5' 4" tall weighing 95 pounds. The largest was a guy at 6' 4" weighing 265 pounds. Did not try it on anyone outside of those ranges, but am sure it will fit both smaller and larger divers.

The Ultra Lite Back Plate is the world’s lightest back plate weighing only 9.6 oz / 272 grams. In addition to being great for travel, when combined with the Speed Harness one size fits virtually every diver. The Ultra Lite Plate is easily attached to any OxyCheq wing using two of our sex nuts/bolts. The Ultra Lite Harness also uses two cam straps.
It is easily and quickly adjusted by pulling the waist straps away from your sides. When tightened, it is very snug fit. An attachment for a crotch strap is provided, but one is not really needed. When combined with the Speed Harness, the Ultra Lite Back Plate can fitted with a number of other OxyCheq accessories such as sliding d-rings, a variety of pockets (weight, trifold, X-pocket), shoulder harness pads, crotch strap and more.

Medium Aluminum Backplate (Powder, Super Wet Black). Fits two inch (50mm) webbing. Slots for cam bands for single tank use. Holes on 11 inch centers. All plates are laser cut, machine beveled on slots and outside edges to prevent excess wear on soft products such as wet suits, dry suites and wings. Uncoated aluminum will oxidize when used in salt water. All of our aluminum plates are coated to keep the aluminum from oxidizing and turning to powder. Powder coating is less brittle than Anodizing.

A five point Hogarthian harness system consisting of 12 foot (3.6 meter) of two inch (50mm) webbing, five loose keepers, four loose D-rings, stainless steel belt buckle, crotch strap with sewn loop and D-Ring and keeper sewn under the loop in the crotch strap. All hardware is stainless steel. The crotch strap webbing is soft and without resin; this helps to reduce excess wear on exposure suits.

Crotch Strap includes 2 inch wide (50mm) soft webbing, closed sewn loop on one end with straight D and a keeper and open end on the other. The advantage of having the front loop stitched keeps the from creeping or slipping when scootering. The webbing is soft and without resin; this helps to reduce excess wear on exposure suits.
