Question:

Is it possible to have double tank with Recon 1 Extreme? If yes, what element need to be buy or changed?

it is possible.. but you are likely to rip out the grommets and void any warranty... side mount is for sid mount. It was made to place a single tank of the center rear if needed by using on only Cam straps. Sidemount is for sidemount and not recommend for backmount diving.

Question:

How does the Extreme Fabric of the Recon 1 Extreme Series compare to that of Recon 1 Signature Series?

Answers:

The Extreme has very small armored plates on the fabric that feel similar to gator skin and is very flexible. The Signature Series shell is 1000 denier with 5 ounces of urethane under the shell. The Extreme fabric is slightly lighter in weight than the denier.

Question:

does this come with a restrictor?

Answers:

  • Posted by Patrick Duffy on Sunday, April 27, 2014

It does not come with a flow restrictor. A flow restrictor is extra and they  are listed here:  http://www.oxycheq.com/analyzers-sensors/accessories.html

It does come with the Flow Nozzle... the Flow nozzle allows for a quick check of O2 levels from tanks; but for more accurate metering and to reduce environmental factors such as pressure, temperature and humidity we recommend a Flow Restrictor.

The sensor that is required for the MixCheq he/O2 Analyzer is the R33S1 Sensor. It is also shown under the "Related Product" tab on the MixCheq product page. Here is a direct link to the R33S1 sensor: http://www.oxycheq.com/r33s1-oxygen-sensor.html
